Shipping charges

The current website configuration gives free shipping on orders of ₹699 or more. Orders below this value use a configurable flat shipping charge of ₹79.

Publish realistic dispatch and delivery timelines after your courier workflow is confirmed. Avoid promising exact delivery dates that your courier cannot consistently meet.

Address issues

Customers should provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Contact support quickly if an address needs correction before dispatch.
